Chris Okay is a practicing lawyer, and litigator in Staunton, Virginia. Chris began his legal career as an employment law litigator in Washington, D.C., then moved in-house as corporate legal counsel for Dan River, Inc., a vertically integrated U.S. textile manufacturer headquartered in Danville, Virginia. Later, while managing complex commercial litigation for a large financial institution (2006-2014), Chris mentored and supervised 2nd and 3rd year law students enrolled in the Wake Forest University School of Law’s Litigation Clinic program.
Chris is an avid guitarist and home studio musician, enjoys sportbike motorcycle riding, and he has coached youth soccer, while also participating passionately in adult soccer in indoor and outdoor leagues in the Shenandoah Valley.
